"Canceled my policy today due to poor customer service. Twice I had need of a tow truck. The first time I was having tons of issues with the 3rd party they use to find a tow truck company. Called the local office and simply asked if they could intervene in anyway as I needed my vehicle, I'm single father afterall and need to be able to travel. I don't remember who I spoke with but she put me on hold and after a fewinute she said it had been handled and I should be hearing from the tow truck company shortly. Sure enough, within 10 minutes or so I did and got my truck towed. The lady from thevlocal office told me next time instead of using the app, because it can be a hassle, to just call the office. Oh ok. Hey great, right? I'll do that should there be a next time.

Next time comes and I call the office like I was told to do. Don't remember the name of the lady I spoke to but she told me I could just pay out of pocket. I tell her that the last lady told me to call the office as I dont want to pay out of pocket. Why do I pay for vehicle insurance that includes road assistance if I just have to pay out of pocket, whether I can get reimbursed or not? Keep in mind this entire time I've been calm cuz I'm just following instructions given to me by THAT office. The lady puts me on hold and gets someone else. They proceed to run on about me just paying out of pocket and won't let me get an edge in word wise she literally does not want to hear what I have to say. I finally get a word in and tell her I only called the office instead of using the app because that's what THIS office told me to do. She apologizes then goes back into her "we can reimburse you" speech which doesn't matter to me cuz I had no intent to pay out of pocket. I'll just use the app but she continues to ignore me and gets an unprofessional tone with me. I call her out on it and she proceeds to tell me to just call Kenny Dean on Tuesday, as it was a holiday weekend and he wouldn't be back until September 6. She proceeds to hang up on me.

I call the week of September 6 multiple times and can never get a hold of Kenny Dean, apparently he's one tough guy to catch in the office.

Finally just decided screw it, I'm calling the office and just asking for my policy to be canceled. Apparently I have to call back on September 13 to make sure my policy was actually canceled because they won't notify me of the change. The lady I spoke to on the phone today didn't even bother verifying with me my information. Worst car insurance experience I've ever had in my life is with Kenny Dean State Farm."
